My wife brought to my attention today the lady who is suing cereal companies for being decieving about thier "low sugar" products. Kellogs and General Mills have put out new low sugar cereals recently and according to ABC News, Ms. Hardee is claiming the companies misrepresent their reduced-sugar products as healthier alternatives.
"What they're doing with their low-sugar cereals is reducing their sugar content, but increasing the refined carbohydrates," Hardee's lawyer, Harold Hewell, told ABC News affiliate KGTV in San Diego. "The body treats refined carbohydrates the same as sugar so there is no real net nutritional benefit."
WHO CARES!! Hey Ms. Hardee, does the box say "Low Sugar" or "Low Sugar and Low Refined Carboydrates." It's not as if they are trying to pull the rug out from under you. The nutritional info is right there on the side of the box. Give me a break! If this lady wins any money I will never eat from Hardee's again...what?

reality fleck...Your points are well taken, however, it becomes rediculous to me when people don't take the time to use common sense to make a decision. Companies work hard to sell thier product and it is up to us to determine what to purchase. Let's find a more creative way to make a few bucks.
