Still Alive

Some of you know that every year Bethany College invites the football alumni back for an all out full contact football game versus the current varsity team. Well, I decided that I would go back and give it a go. It was a blast!! I was fortunate to have my quarterback there from my senior year, which meant that I had plenty of balls thrown my way. I guess I had about 4-5 catches and then got to throw a reverse pass to the quarterback as well. I had so much fun. I'll probably do it again next year. Yes, I'm a little sore. Got some nice bruises on my arms and back. I call them battle scars. Also discovered a few muscles I haven't used in a while. It was all worth it, especially since some of my family was able to come and watch. That meant a lot to me. Only 364 days till the next game. Time to start training.
