Mom and Auntie L were concerned for my safety and made the comment that I should wear a helmet. So the first thing I did yesterday after work was I went down and bought one. Here's the picture of my brain saver.

I see the helmet...but where are your skin-tight leathers? Once you get all your "gear" together, we'll need to you in action.
YOU BOUGHT A BIKE WITHOUT BUYING A HELMET AT THE SAME TIME!?!?!?!?!? Shame on you. I'm glad you listened to your elders. And by the way - uncle rod's impressed. auntie L
glad you got the helmet. even when i'm feeling like it wouldn't matter much if the brains were splattered i always wear mine so any kids i know would follow that example should they ever be in the situation.

And I better not see you (or anyone with you) riding that bike around Hillsboro without a helmet, either!

EJ - i'll be sure to whip out the old skin tights when the weather gets a tad bit warmer. don't worry, i'll take pictures
Auntie L - they didn't have a helmet at the auction where i bought it, but i did bring one along to wear on the ride home in 10 degree weather. brrrr!
well, now you have the bike and the helmet. All you need to do now is grow a real thick beard and shave your head.
thats funny
