Easter 2006 has come and gone. A little different this year since I was not able to spend any time with my Ma, Pa, and Bro's, but I did get a chance to visit Dad's side on Palm Sunday and also be a part of my very first Easter with the Bennington crew. (ie - girlfriend's family) Thank goodness my mom's side is as big as it is, otherwise I think I would have been overwhelmed with the large family gathering. It was great to put some names with faces and enjoy an awesome pot luck (being a Methodist, I know what I'm talking about when I critique a pot luck).
The real test came afterwards at MS's home when I went through the family photo and named each person and who belonged to whom. A+ for me. Impressive I know! Pretty good for a guy with no memory.
But now that Easter 2006 has come and gone, I hope that throughout this next year we will not forget what this day means to all of us. Easter is everlasting, just like the life that was given to us through Jesus' sacrifice. How great is our God!!

Todd, have you posted a picture of M.S? inquiring minds in the extended family want to meet her.
no posted picture as of yet. i'll have to first get permission. looks like we may be able to have MS meet mom's side in the near future at Newton with M.P. graduating. that would probably be the best thing at this point. she's a great girl!!
