It's Not Fair

Even though we are not meeting tomorrow for Filter, I wanted to put out a question to think about until next week. As a Christian, do you find it unfair that those who are non-believers get to have "all the fun?" Do you find that sometimes God seems to not be watching everything that is going on and He is not justly taking care of this world?

i really struggled with this during most of high school and college, until i woke up and realized that most of "the fun" includes addictions/babies/poor decisions. once i started to look past the end of my nose, i learned that what God has intended for us is far and away greater than any "fun" that we could generate for ourselves. the challenge is being obedient and disciplined enough to accept what God has created for us. we'd be fools to settle for our definition of happiness

I guess I think about that some times. It is sometimes hard to be a Christian with all the "stuff" that goes on at college, but then I look around at my true friends and how much we have together, and we know the rewards that God has in store for us.
