Ironic

I listened to part of a Christian talk show today - don't know which one - and the guest brought up an interesting point. If you've been watching the news lately, you've heard that 16 year old celebrity Ashley Simpson is now pregnant. It's plastered all over the media right now and is as big, if not bigger, than the presidential race, Iraq, and the genocide in Darfur at this present date.
Isn't it interesting how this pregnant, young, out of wedlock, mother-to-be is such a hot topic all during the time of the year that we as Christians celebrate the birth of a boy who was born to a young, out of wedlock girl about 2000 years ago? Ironic.
