Gospel Music Channel
If you're like me, you're tired of seeing all the bad messages being passed on to our younger generations through MTV and VH1. There is a new channel that is trying to get itself into many cable providers list of stations they carry, but they need our help. Only problem is that you have to live within a 50 mile radius of some big cities. Go to the Gospel Music Channel and see how you can possibly get this channel added to your cable package...

Nothing?
Since I didn't get any comments on the last post, I guess we shouldn't try to air our new talk show since there isn't anything out there that people want to hear us talk about. Actually, we were discussing tonight how college doesn't prepare you with the life skills we need after graduation. Such as mortgage loans, buying a car, life insurance, health insurance, auto insurance, etc...

Another List
Its time for another list. How about...oh, I got it. Top 5 topics for me and T.Ferguson to discuss on our soon to be live radio talk show.
Actually, I'll leave this one up to you all. What would you like to hear two twenty something guys talk about on the radio?

No Nap Sunday - Update
I promised an update on me not taking a nap yesterday. Actually, I found it to be a productive afternoon. Just did some things I needed to get done for church along with some other odds and ends. So it was a successful experiment, however, I recommend only the strong willed attempt to do what I did.

No Nap Sunday
Usually if I don't have anything going on after church, I take a nap. We're not just talking your regular 20 minute power nap. I mean a 2 hour, drool soaked pillow nap. Today I had a few things I needed to get ready for youth group and just didn't feel like taking a nap after I got done. Go figure. I'll let you all know how things go with this radical experiment, but so far I feel ok.

Bread in the Oven
There is no better smell than fresh bread baking in the oven. Actually, I've got the bread maker bakin' up a loaf of bread as I write. Got me thinking about some great smells. Here's a list of great smells according to myself.
Lilac Blossoms
Freshly Baked Bread
Smoked Meat
Burning Fields
Mountain Air
Natural Grass Football Field
Parking Lot Outside of a Football Stadium
New Carpet
Ahh, can you smell what the rock is cookin'?

Never Slowin' Down
You know I really thought things would slow down once I got done with the mission trip. I was sadly mistaken. After getting back tonight from Denver, I am now preparing myself to move back into the air conditioned offices at church. I will also be moving MS to our new home tomorrow and then get ready to put in a chain link fence for the dog this upcoming weekend. Sometime I need to take about 3-4 days for a planning retreat so I can get all my studies and activities planned for the youth for this fall and winter. If I wasn't busy, I'm not sure I would know what to do with myself. Probably take a nap or read a book. Oh well.
